This business is a national supplier of a range of industrial technology and communications products designed for the remote site environment. They provide solutions for:
- Two-way radio communications
- GPS tracking & vehicle telemetry
- Collision avoidance systems
- Gas detection technology
With an office in every city around the country, they are a well known name and have a stellar reputation with customers of all sizes and throughout many industry verticals.

**Position**
The role of Internal Account Manager has now become available. The key responsibility of the position is centred on managing and supporting a set customer base, as well as supporting the sales team on larger projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming leads and enquiries from new and existing customers nationally
- Following up and converting quotes
- Proactively contacting a set portfolio of existing customers assigned to you
- Supporting the external sales team with quotes and client reports
The position is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and although office based, you will play an active role in liaising with customers and colleagues across Australia.
Through your client management you will earn uncapped commission on top of a salary of $70k + super.
We are searching for a dynamic, ambitious professional with a genuine desire to join a business with a long-term career in mind.
Prior internal sales and account management experience is essential; however you do not need to have previous experience within the radio communications sector.
You must have exceptional customer service skills, high computer literacy, the ability to multi-task, good administrative skills and an ability to proactively follow up on all tasks.
