Redcliffe, Australia Team Global Express Full time

As the Sameday Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Team Global Express Code of Conduct and all company policies and procedures, maintaining effective communication with AM and PM Operations, and providing supervision and instruction to the Same Day, Operations Support, Freight Investigations, and Contract Carriers teams. You will also be tasked with providing feedback to the manager on department progress, ensuring all staff are appropriately skilled and trained, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve procedures and maintain high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities- Adhere to the Team Global Express Code of Conduct and all company policies and procedures.- Maintain effective communication with AM and PM Operations teams.- Provide supervision and instruction to the Same Day, Operations Support,- Freight Investigations, and Contract Carriers teams.- Provide feedback to the manager on the progress of department activities and potential obstacles.- Ensure all staff are appropriately skilled and trained.- Look for opportunities to improve procedures and maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications and Skills- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.- Strong geographical knowledge of Australia and its capital cities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- In-depth understanding of the transport industry.
