Key Responsibilities- Determine and arrange for the weekly and daily requirements for labour and vehicles to ensure efficient use of resources.- Monitor and maintain the costs of each shift and provide timely reporting to ensure accountability and effective budget management.- Manage the service levels, productivity, and efficiency of the PM shift by implementing performance metrics and tracking progress.- Train staff on local procedures and the use of materials handling equipment to ensure they are equipped to perform their job safely and efficiently.- Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is performed in accordance with established procedures, safely, and efficiently.- Ensure customer requirements are met regarding service and quality by consistently monitoring performance and making improvements where necessary.

**Qualifications**:
- Understanding of the Transport Industry.- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and HSE policies and procedures.- Strong time management and analytical skills.- Ability to operate a gas forklift.- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
