Key Responsibilities- Ensure on-time lodging of same-day pickups by coordinating with relevant parties and accurately recording all necessary information.- Ensure timely delivery of inbound same-day freight to Perth clients by coordinating with the transport department and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.- Monitor medical freight to ensure it is handled with care and in accordance with regulations and standards.- Sort all same-day freight to ensure it is delivered to customers on time and in accordance with their requirements by working closely with the transport department.- Maintain a hazard-free warehouse by conducting regular safety inspections and promptly addressing any hazards identified.- Liaise with operations and sales departments to ensure all necessary information is exchanged and customer requirements are met by following all necessary procedures and promptly addressing any issues.

Key Qualifications- Computer literacy and data entry skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively plan- Understanding of the transport industry- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
