**Part-Time HR Manager - L.A Donuts**

**About Us**:
L.A Donuts is a beloved local bakery dedicated to serving delicious, high-quality donuts and providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for a motivated and **experienced**Part-Time HR Manager to join our team and help us maintain a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment.

**Position Overview**:
The Part-Time HR Manager will be responsible for supporting our team through effective human resource practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff members
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Support staff scheduling and attendance tracking
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration (if applicable)
- Expertise in using Deputy and Xero
- Collaborate with management on HR-related issues to improve workplace policies

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience** in human resources or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
