At Aeroplane Agency, we believe in authentic connections. We help brands create these connections with consumers through unique entertainment, artist & culture partnerships. We use our positioning as an agile consultancy agency to develop commercial strategies for festivals, events and brands. We ideate and create for brands looking to partner with entertainment festivals and events and build out and deliver physical or digital activations. We are in partnership with Bolster, a digital, creative and content marketing agency which enables us to deliver end to end culture marketing campaigns for our clients, with all services under one roof.

**Role Purpose**

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to extend beyond the contract period.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Liaise with various stakeholders including suppliers, clients and team members
- Support the Creative Project Manager with the delivery of a range of projects including bar builds, events and implementation of activations at a range of festivals/events
- Assist with the logistics for multiple projects ensuring all deadlines and budgets are adhered to as directed by the Creative Project Manager
- Scope activation elements to feed into budgets, balancing time and finding the best outcomes for the client
- Attend events and festivals and assist with on-site logistics and running of the activation, as required
- Create project briefs/schedules/run sheets and collate any required project materials
- Be open and work on other projects that are not direct clients but support other team members in area of expertise
- Support across a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks related to the experiential function
- Relevant experience working in an events or experiential marketing role
- Strong project coordination, time management and organisation skills
- Can do attitude and not afraid to role sleeves up and get dirty on projects
- A passion for music, entertainment, and how it can deliver value for lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a keen ability to build relationships
- Collaborative and positive attitude towards team projects with people from different disciplines
- Desire to learn and grow in the area of experiential marketing
