Monsterball Amusements & Hire is the leading inflatable amusements provider in Western Australia and Northern Territory. We organise events all over Perth metro and regional WA as well as manage our NT branch.

We have a large variety of inflatables including obstacle courses, water slides, climbing walls, bucking bulls, and of course bouncy castles that we hire out for customers' events. We manage a team of staff that attends these events to run the inflatables.

We are a young, small, vibrant, and fun business looking for an event organiser who can slip into the culture and enjoy the ride

You will be based at our Fremantle office and will be in charge of managing the WA Event team and insure the events run smoothly.
- Create, review, and implement the company’s customer service policies, standards, and procedures
- Set the customer service objectives and evaluate the accomplishment to ensure the effective day-to-day operation
- Manage the delivery of tasks within the customer service team members
- Provide clear guidelines and feedback, and motivate the team members as necessary to improve their work performance and service quality
- Create the after-sales services strategies and ensure the the team to follow up feedback from the customers regarding the services experience
- Maintain records of all interactions and feedback from the customers, and assess them to provide insights and advice in order to improve the customer satisfaction
- Collect sales data and analyse service metrics to produce weekly reports of customer service experiences and sales performances
- Involved in the recruitment process for customer service staff, and in the training program
- Collaborate with the operational, logistic, and finance department to ensure the smooth process of goods and services delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed and up to date on the customer service trends that may be beneficial to the customer services quality development
- Assist the General manager on the national scale growth of the business

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position
- Outstanding leadership and well organised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and problem-solving oriented

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
