We are searching for a professional Client Services Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional client service through the cultivation and management of client relationships, managing the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients on time and within budget.

The client services manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our client base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.

Key requirements:

- A business degree or related qualifications
- Relevant demonstrable experience of managing a comparable Client Service team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills - MS office and Excel.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation as well as clients
- Good coaching/mentoring skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
