Our team of passionate Support and Specialist Support Coordinators deliver person-centered support and outcomes that make an invaluable impact on the lives of the people we serve.

We are seeking an experienced and self motivated individual to be responsible for providing a high level of customer support in dual duties pertaining to CoAbility’s Intake and Reception requirements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the first point of contact for CoAbility service delivery and general enquiries.
- Efficient coordination of daily Intake and Reception duties and processes.
- Maintain effective and relevant communication pertaining to enquiries from NDIS participants, family members and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain participant databases, ensuring all relevant information is up to date, correct and relevant.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in database entry, with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and legislation is advantageous.

Successful applicants will be required to provide the satisfactory completion of a National Police Check.
