We are currently seeking a passionate
**Account Manager** who is driven to empower our customers in achieving remarkable outcomes through expedited, streamlined, and secure business transactions.

**What’s the job about?**

As an Account Manager, you will cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring their success and driving business growth. You will deeply engage with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions as a trusted advisor.

Collaborating with our internal cross-functional teams, you will align strategies, communicate valuable customer feedback, and actively contribute to the enhancement of our products and services. Moreover, as an Account Manager, you will proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while staying updated on industry trends to provide customers with valuable insights and guidance.

**Some of the key activities for this role are**:

- Attend customer meetings to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs, pain points, and current situation. By connecting with key stakeholders, you will develop insights to deliver impactful solutions
- Drive adoption and engagement within the account by collaborating with all of the GTM functions (ABM, CSM’s, ISR's and Support)
- Pricing and negotiations with the customer on the value of the product, to increase conversion, expansion and retention
- Coordinate activities with the GTM team, focused on quarterly priorities that are aligned with annual and quarterly themes
- Effectively demonstrate company solutions and clearly articulate commercial benefits to customers in target business markets
- Learn and maintain knowledge of key business and business transaction terminology associated with M&A, ESG, Board, GRC and Procure Develop a sound knowledge of competitive solutions and demonstrate an ability to differentiate, communicate and position Ansarada's value proposition
- Successful achievement of Account Manager activity targets including number of customer meetings, referrals, case studies/testimonials and CRM accuracy

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- have prior experience as an Account Manager or similar in the technology industry, with a strong understanding of tech products and services
- have analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify and address customer needs effectively
- are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a commitment to exceeding expectations
- possess strong time management skills, enabling the seamless handling of multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- are familiar with CRM systems, leveraging their capabilities to enhance customer relationship management
- have a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing at a high professional standard

**Desirable**:

- have experience within Saas, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Legal Profession & corporate finance
