Nestled in the heritage-listed Accountant’s House, The Fox Hole is renowned for its selection of over 100 gins, modern British-inspired cuisine, and unique offerings like Gin & Tea afternoons, gin & whisky tastings, and seasonal dinners.

**Your Role**
As our **Assistant Venue Manager**, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver seamless day-to-day operations, mentor an engaged team, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily operations, upholding our high standards in service, food, and beverage.
- Assist with team recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Help manage rostering and labour costs while ensuring smooth operations.
- Take part in delivering guided tasting experiences (gin, whisky, tequila, or wine).
- Collaborate on initiatives to drive sales and grow revenue.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong leadership potential and a passion for hospitality.
- Food and beverage knowledge (gin or wine expertise is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm to grow and develop into a management role.
- A current RSA certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
