Our client, a dynamic law firm on the central Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Secretary to join their firm.

**Your new role**
This sought-after opportunity will see you providing essential legal secretary tasks including:

- Answering phone calls and liaising with clients professionally
- Preparation of briefs and court documents
- File management
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- Billing
- General secretarial support.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this opportunity you will:

- Demonstrate a strong foundation of experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Secretary
- Be professionally presented
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- FilePro Legal Practice Management experience is an advantage
