**Your new company**
Our client is a highly regarded boutique Gold Coast law firm specialising in several areas of law. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join their high performing Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting role as you will receive training and development in the Litigation space and be offered growth and progression.
**Your new role**
Your new role will see you supporting a team of Commercial Litigation lawyers on a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of briefs and correspondence
- Diary management
- File management - keep the practice management system up to date
- Providing any other secretarial or administrative duties to the Solicitors as needed
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary (any area of law as they can train you in Commercial Litigation)
- Impeccable communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
