**Your new company**
A trusted and leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm are seeking a permanent full-time Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (property and/or deceased estates preferred), to join their team centrally located in Maroochydore. With an excellent reputation, they pride themselves on providing thorough, easy to understand legal advice and excellent client service. As a result, most new business is referred by existing and satisfied clients.

**Your new role**
- Interacting with clients.
- Typing and formatting documents and correspondence.
- Preparing and lodging titles office forms.
- Running estate and other matters under supervision.
- Digital dictation.
- Bring ups and online searches.
- General administrative duties of the team such as diary and file management (e.g., filing, bring ups, opening and archiving files).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal secretarial position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willing to build and maintain strong working relationships with our clients as well as our staff
- A typing speed of 60-65 wpm
- Experience with LEAP Legal software is advantageous
- Positive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team; and
- Have a high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
