Our client is a leading company within their industry, with a strong presence in the Australian market for over 100 years. They boast a supportive team culture with excellent training, and a great opportunity exists to immediately join the business on a full-time permanent basis.

**Position Description**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

- Daily account reconciliations
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Ad hoc invoicing
- Following up on outstanding accounts
- Resolve claims
- Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
- Handle queries with both internal and external customers
- Reporting duties
- Ad hoc duties to support the team

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Receivable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable & resilient nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
