**Responsibilities Include**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ERP software
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Complete and generate debtor invoices, receipt third party payments received, follow up overdue invoices and other accounts receivable related activity.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with preparing financial reports
- Prepare and process our end-to-end fortnightly & monthly payroll for c.50 employee’s, including superannuation and STP submissions.
- Support the business with ad-hoc accounts and/or finance projects and tasks as required.
- Be a point of contact for accounts related correspondence, resolving and escalating issues as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
