**Recruitment Consultant**

**Looking for an entry level role in recruitment and would like to gain the necessary training, qualifications and skills?**

Apprenticeships Are Us group are on the search for a recruiter to join our expanding team. We are a specialist Automotive Apprenticeship Employer located in Parramatta.

You will work in our recruitment team as a recruitment consultant. You will receive coaching and guidance to help develop your recruitment career. You will work within our team with assistance from our senior recruiters and account managers to place young people and school leavers into apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship courses.

**The role will include but is not limited to**:

- Placing ads on various employment sites and social media
- Conducting interviews
- Reference Checking
- Updating database with notes
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Attend careers expo in relevant states where we are situated with regional offices
- Interstate travel may be required from time to time where regional offices are located
- Assist marketing team with content creation for social media and other forms of advertising.

**About us**

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
