**Company Description**

We have an opening for an experienced manager for a new cafe in Surry Hills Serving sandwiches, coffee and other beverages, mostly takeaway with a small outdoor seating area. Counter service, fun deli vibes. All food to be made in house with fresh local ingredients.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

- Able to manage day to day operations and problem solve 'on the fly'
- Energetic and passionate about great customer service
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in hiring and training a small team of staff.
- Experience in managing ordering systems and stock rotation
- Experience writing rosters and managing staff leave requests/availability
- Experience analysing financial reports, and identifying ways to maximise store performance/profit
- Someone who is creative and nimble, and excited to manage a fresh new venue
- Excellent communication skills to converse with upper management about store performance
- RSA required, and some barista experience preferred

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
