We are seeking an experienced Café & Restaurant Manager for our growing business.

The Café & Restaurant Manager will perform the following duties:
1. Overseeing all segments, including dining in and catering services.2. Creating and implementing weekly schedules that meet customer service needs while achieving financial labour targets.3. Effectively managing daily processes and ordering patterns to meet cost of goods targets while maintaining adequate stock levels.4. Providing daily leadership and assisting staff to achieve high standards of customer service with a positive attitude.5. Checking day-to-day stock levels and maintaining inventory records.6. Ordering stock, arranging for the purchase of products, and managing payments for purchased goods.7. Ensuring dining and drinking facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.8. Greeting guests/customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the food and service provided.9. Managing reservations 10. Monitoring menu items and making changes as needed in consultation with the owner and chefs.11. Examining the quality, quantity, taste, and freshness of the dishes to be served.12. Adhering to customer service standards, plans, and policies.13. Following and enforcing hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Status: Full-timeExperience: At least 2 years of full-time related experience

Other Employment Entitlements:Employment entitlements will be as per National Employment Standards and Fair Work Instruments as prescribed by the Australian Government.

Pay: $74,000.00 per year
