Now with various locations in Sydney, we serve a mixture of light and larger options, backed up with a variety of amazing bakery treats. As we have experienced growth, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of cafe staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Placing orders
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as customer service and good communicative skills
- Barista experience preferred
- RSA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
