Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled **PMO Lead** to join our infrastructure team supporting major program's in South-East Queensland. This role will play a key part in coordinating program-wide controls, governance, and reporting functions.
- ** PMO Coordination** - Lead the coordination of PMO resources, systems, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- ** Governance & Reporting** - Drive governance processes and produce high-quality reporting for leadership and stakeholders
- ** Program Communication** - Ensure effective communication and information sharing across the program
- ** Controls Implementation** - Define and implement program-wide control systems, procedures, and documentation
- ** Process Monitoring** - Monitor and support internal processes to ensure alignment and consistency
- ** Capability Development** - Champion the ongoing development of program management capability within the client organisation

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced infrastructure environments.
- ** Extensive Experience** - Minimum 10 years’ experience in project controls, ideally within the rail sector
- ** PMO Expertise** - Strong background in PMO leadership, governance, and program reporting
- ** Communication Skills** - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ** Systems Knowledge** - Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and internal systems
- ** On-Site Presence** - Comfortable working on-site in a client office (minimum 3 days per week in Brisbane CBD)
- ** Team-Oriented** - A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
