**The Opportunity**
We have a range of exciting opportunities in our Program Management Office (PMO) for people who are experienced in problem-solving, change management and business transformation.
The PMO spans across the capital project lifecycle from the commencement of project feasibility to commissioning to ensure program performance meets the defined benefits, time, cost, safety, quality, environment, and customer outcomes.
The PMO Specialists will proactively investigate, recommend and implement innovative solutions to business process improvements and lead the Change management process required to communicate and embed internal and external initiatives. Another key element of the role will focus on engaging with existing and potential clients to market a business transformation advisory service that includes optimisation of the client’s existing processes and transformation.
**Who are you?**
We are looking for the following skill and experience to join our team:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce or Accounting, Project Management or similar equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to excel in the delivery of business outcomes in an environment of complex work scenarios and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to a changing work environment
- Collaborative, team player, able to work with a range of stakeholders including influencing senior leaders and executives.
- Adaptable and resilient in the face of uncertainty.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
- Great problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new methods and approaches.
- Ability to plan, budget, report, and coordinate business initiatives (project management)
- Experience in a PMO role, working with a portfolio of infrastructure projects with multiple phases and programs
- Demonstrate success in the development and implementation of PMO Governance frameworks, systems and business processes.
- Experience in leading teams through change to achieve a sustainable high performing culture
- Experience in Project Reporting cycle processes, software systems, data validation reviews and analysis and capability to integrate reporting source data into automated reports (Desirable)
- Ability to clearly articulate and interpret high-level reports, demonstrating an understanding of the source data (Desirable)
