Outsystems Development Tech Lead Contract Opportunity within the Federal Government

**Your new company**

An independent Australian Government body responsible for regulating financial services and consumer credit, and authorised financial markets.

**Your new role**

As an OutSystems Development Tech Lead, you will
- Provide detailed design, proof of concept of common components, workflows, and functionalities such as role-based access control, transaction lifecycle management etc.
- Ensure that development, coding, privacy, and security standards are adhered to
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development best practices and guidelines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven technical lead experience with OutSystems platform
- Strong understanding of the OutSystems platform and architecture, including Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime
- Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with one of programming languages such as C#,.NET, or Java, is a plus
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- OutSystems certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to clearly communicate technical details to business
