**Position Overview**

As a System Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our company's computer systems to enhance operational efficiency. By collaborating closely with both IT and business teams, you'll identify system requirements, design solutions to business challenges, and ensure system integrations are executed seamlessly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system issues to maintain optimal performance and support business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating and documenting business requirements in collaboration with users.
- Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes and work practices to enhance efficiency.
- Recommending optimal business practices and system functionality.
- Developing project plans and managing projects using project management methodologies.
- Deploying functional solutions and ensuring system quality and integrity.
- Creating user documentation and conducting training sessions.
- Developing functional specifications for system developers.
- Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications.
- Providing guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Functional understanding of API and understanding of the different integration patterns.
- Good understanding and working with Cloud platforms and environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment using an Agile-based method.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
