**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Data Analyst **to support the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives with advanced technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyse requirements to shape platform features.
- Conduct user data collections and generate reports.
- Partner with teams to design AI and data-driven solutions.
- Document workflows, system specifications, and improvements.
- Conduct testing and ensure high-quality implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business systems analysis, ideally in EdTech.
- Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and platform development.
- Familiarity with CRM and SQL systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A degree in ICT Analyst, Statistics, or a related discipline.
