- Package up to $120,807 pa. Package includes salary range ($97,027 pa to $107,059 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Region South Area Command, Queanbeyan
**About the role**:
Co-ordinate end to end recruitment and onboarding of On-Call Firefighters across the Area commensurate with service workload and vacancy management priorities; and contribute to organisation-wide workforce planning, reporting and analysis relating to FRNSW’s On-Call Firefighter cohort.
**About you**:
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges of vacancy management and knowledge of recruitment and selection principals and functions
- Sound administrative experience
**Essential Requirements**
- Valid driver’s licence and capacity to travel within the Area
