**About the role**
We have an opportunity for an **Executive Officer**to be part of our South Coast Police District**team. This Executive Officer position provides executive level administrative support to the Command/Business Unit and the coordination and completion of administrative procedures including but not limited to Records Management System (RMS), Command Management Framework (CMF) & Government Archiving. Advice, Guidance and Training to General Administration Support Officers and Administration of GIPAS, Subpoenas, Ministerials, Medals & Awards and Secondary Employment.
The South Coast PD covers a large geographical area from Berry in the North to Eden in the South and the suitable applicant must hold a current drivers licence.
This role is part-time, working 14 hours per week. Salary will be paid at the pro-rata rate.
Days and Hours for this opportunity:
- Week 1 - Wed / Thurs
- Week 2 - Wed / Thurs
- Based on a 7hr day Flexitime Work Schedule
