Anz Procurement Manager

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join us at ANZ Ecolab head office in Macquarie Park in Sydney or in Darra in Brisbane. The key purpose of this position is to drive and develop raw material procurement activities and operation in accordance with Global Procurement Strategy.

You will enjoy building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be motivated by stakeholder satisfaction. Using your commercial awareness, coupled with your ability to connect with both sets of stakeholders, will ensure success.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop procurement-specific sourcing strategies, processes, and analysis techniques.
- In conjunction with the key stakeholders, provide high level advise/expertise for sourcing activities.
- Be a process innovator for continued sourcing process improvement.
- Responsible for spend-management and contract compliance.
- Manage the effective delivery of projects by determining project timelines, milestones.
- Performance management on supplier agreements to ensure adherence to terms and added value.
- Set up responsible KPIs/annual business plan and implementation.
- Support global/regional projects.
- Collaboration with raw material category team on regional strategy buy

**To be considered, ideally you will have**:

- Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with sourcing imported raw materials into ANZ is an added advantage
- Good understanding strategic procurement and Total Delivery Cost
- Strong analytical skills, construct/execute multiple complex analyses (e.g., TCO) simultaneously
