About you
We are looking for a National Procurement Manager – Elevator and Escalator Parts to be based in our Sydney CBD office.
You will be responsible for leading procurement activities across ANZ including sourcing and procurement of field parts for New Equipment installations, Elevator Modernization projects, and ongoing Service operations.

- Reports into the Director, Field Supply Chain (APAC/China)
Your key responsibilities include
- Strategic Sourcing – Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships, execute LTAs, and drive continuous cost reductions beyond transactional supply chain activities.
- Cost Optimization – Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing strategies, supplier benchmarking, and close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze procurement data to shape strategic sourcing decisions and improve spend efficiency.
- Contract Management – Ensure timely execution of supplier agreements and conduct regular evaluations of service providers.
- Spend Consolidation – Consolidate spend profiles to leverage volume and negotiate better commercial terms.
- Performance Reporting – Deliver monthly reports on field savings and procurement performance.
- Cost Reduction Targets – Achieve a minimum of 5% year-over-year cost reduction across all spend categories.
What you will need to be successful
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 8–10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the elevator, automotive, heavy machinery, or medical equipment industries.
- Proven success working in large, matrixed organizations with demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ supplier landscape and established network within the region.
- Skilled in using digital tools and platforms including mobile applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet-based systems, and database management for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Capable of presenting project updates and ideas to internal stakeholders, APAC/China teams, and senior leadership.
- Ability to lead change initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
