**Position: Accounts Administrator**

**Location**: New Farm.

**Role Purpose**

**We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator** to manage day-to-day financial transactions, support reporting, and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to help maintain the financial health of the business and assist in achieving our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Transaction Processing**: Accurately process purchase orders, petty cash, credit card entries, and bank reconciliations.
- ** Ad-Hoc Reporting**: Assist with various financial reporting and department tasks.
- ** Account Reconciliation**: Ensure clearing accounts and credit note reconciliations are completed on time.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide support for landlord reporting and employee onboarding compliance checks.
