Join Michael Hill as a HR Administrator (which here at Michael Hill we call our People Experience Coordinators) in our global Human Resources Team in our modern office in Cannon Hill. This is an 8-week contract, ideally working 3 days per week with the flexibility to increase hours if required. We are flexible on what 3 days they may be - with ideal hours being 8am -4pm.
This role will have a main focus on administration associated with team member onboarding as we lean into our busy seasonal casual recruitment process. You will be a key member creating team member documentation including contracts, letters and assisting with any ad hoc HR queries.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills - preferably within a HR team
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of HR related processes
- Systems savvy with a general curiosity and willingness to learn
- Adaptable, resilient and flexible in a changing work environment
