**About the role**:
Our Executive Office Team is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator for a 6-week contract.

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner You’ll be responsible managing the Human Resource processes of the hospital and providing ad hoc administrative support.

This role would suit someone with experience within a busy and fast-paced HR team & someone with a can-do attitude for any challenge that can come about.

**Human Resources Administrator your responsibilities will include**:

- HRIS data changes
- Managing the HR inbox and actioning administration duties as required
- Assisting with HR documentation and ensuring all is true, accurate & up to date
- Assisting other departments with HR enquiries
- Management of the Executive Office desk & calls for relevant HR matters
- Complete other HR & clerical tasks as requested by the executive team

**Selection Criteria Essential**:

- Proven experience in general HR administration role, preferably within a Human Resources function.
- HRIS experience is essential
- WorkDay system knowledge & experience ideal but not a necessity
- Generalist Human Resources knowledge
- Working knowledge of Australian Visa subclasses and Work Rights requirements
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
