**JOB PURPOSE
This role assists in handling a portfolio of companies incorporated in Australia and Foreign Registered Branches and ensures that all company secretarial matters of client companies are handled.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist supervisors in providing company secretarial services to a range of client companies;
- Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
- Over time take on responsibility for a client portfolio;
- Communicate with clients under supervision;
- Incorporation of Australian Pty Ltd companies as and when requested by clients;
- Register Foreign Entities with ASIC as and when requested by clients;
- Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
- General filing of documents and statutory books;
- Monitors the renewal of Annual Reviews and Business Name registrations for clients’ companies;
- Redirect clients’ mails;
- Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint and on CAS (or other relevant) database;
- Follow instructions, processes and procedures;
- Assist with monthly billing;
- Assist with Global Compliance requirements for new global clients
- Ensure mid-year and annual performance review are completed by the due date
- Assist with Know Your Client (KYC)
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

**JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed or working towards completion of Certificate in Business Administration or Legal Studies;
- Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system or Corporate Secretarial database as an advantage;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Good command of both spoken and written English
