Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer, you will be a vital member of the team that specializes in all corporate secretarial affairs. This exciting opportunity is suited for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to their clients, experienced in ASIC Administration and preparation of corporate secretarial documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and lodgments of a wide variety of ASIC forms, such as changes to company & director details - address, name, appointments, and resignations of directors and secretaries etc
- Preparation of annual statements, members’ and unitholders’ registers, statutory records and corporate registers
- Dealing with ASIC and other relevant authorities in relation to the provision of corporate secretarial services
- Overseeing and ensuring clients are up to date with their ASIC fee payments
- General office administration, including processing mail, scanning, and filing of secretarial documents.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulations is highly desired, but not necessary.
- Previous experience gained within an accounting firm is highly desired, but not necessary.
- Effective organization and time management skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
