**About Our Client**:
Australia's most comprehensive not-for-profit health and community services accreditation organisation, this is a rare position assisting in delivering day-to-day client service and guidance through accreditation processes.
- Provide up to date and consistent Information to clients for the NDIS program as required
- Plan for and assist clients to implement their NDIS verification and certification cycle
- Provide services and solutions to clients to meet their needs and general enquiries
- Effective communication and telephone support to stakeholders and clients
- Maintain client portfolio records, scanning, documentation and archiving of records as per business requirements
- Effective and timely reporting of outputs and performance
- High level administrative support and program knowledge

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Client services experience
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills
- Would suit someone who is very process driven
- Knowledge or prior experience with NDIS an advantage
- Competent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to achieve organisational outcomes
- High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow operational procedures

- Working hours Mon - Fri between 7:30 - 5pm (rosters)
