**About Our Client**:
Not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering dedicated support services to general practice.
- Provide up to date and consistent Information to clients for the NDIS program as required
- Provide services and solutions to clients to meet their verification and certification needs and general enquiries
- Effective communication and telephone support to stakeholders and clientsDevelop accreditation/certification quotes for clients
- Prepare contracts and contract variations for Community and Disability clients and the subsequent steps to record client information in CRM for Operations and Finance teams
- Maintain knowledge of accreditation and certification Standards and processes
- Plan for and assist clients to implement their NDIS verification and certification cycle
- Telephone and electronic communication support to NDIS provider and auditors
- Prepare and send registration packs and accreditation packs
- Maintain client portfolio records, scanning, documentation and archiving of records as per business requirements

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Understanding of or previous experience in the disability and/or community sector is highly desirable
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to achieve organisational outcomes
- Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environment relating to verification and certification programs
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to show initiative and drive
- High standard of communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to proof read and produce quality written material
- Ability to multi-task; adhere to deadlines and time frames, have attention to detail, follow through and accept responsibility
- Competent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel (knowledge of access, highly desirable)
- Ability to develop and follow operational procedures
