As a Medical Liaison Manager, your role will be to present the strengths of SNP to the general practice medical community. You will be able to communicate effectively and establish strong positive relationships with our customers; doctors, nursing staff and key medical personnel.

Based at our **Bowen Hills Laboratory**, you will be working on a territory in a hybrid customer service and sales role. A typical day will be spent within medical practices where your focus will be to increase our referrer base through effective communication and the facilitation of marketing activities.

Office time will be spent collaborating with your managers and the Client Services team to analyse and review methods to deliver SNP's medical leadership and commitment to patient care. Your role will involve attendance at seminars and conferences as a company representative, which may include occasional out-of-hours work.

Skills and experience needed:

- Your proactive approach, commitment to service excellence and great communication skills
- Confidence to be able to present and deliver relevant information to doctors to raise awareness of SNP's expertise to increase SNP's referrer base
