Our government client based in Perth’s suburbs is currently seeking a temporary Communications Coordinator.

**Your new company**
Our client requires a Communications Coordinator for a temporary period of 6 to 12 months with extension possibilities.

**Your new role**
As a Communications Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

- Running communication and engagement activities for the organisations major projects
- Designing and implementing communication action plans for major projects
- Providing strategic communication advise
- Developing and managing the website and social media channels

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Substantial experience in development and management of communication strategies
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to build productive working relationships

**What you'll get in return**
In return for your positive contributions to this organisation you’ll be offered:

- Up to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday hours
- Ability to work for a government organisation
- Competitive hourly rate
