About the role:
The Mader Group is seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to lead our internal and external communications strategy. We're seeking a strategic communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills, a passion for maintaining a consistent brand voice, and experience in corporate communications.
Reporting to the Manager and working closely with the executive team, you will oversee the communications function to enhance Mader's reputation, drive employee engagement, and support business growth in an expanding market.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop communication strategies that inform, motivate, influence and achieve results across a number of audiences and markets
- Execute multi-faceted internal communications campaigns that reach target audiences and present the company's culture
- Produce investor relations communications, including ASX announcements, presentations and annual reports
- Coordinate PR content as required, including media releases and articles
- Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives and other internal engagement programs, fostering collaboration between divisions, management and key stakeholders
- Manage the execution of a full suite of internal events
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Confidence in engaging with and providing support to C-suite executives
- Experience in a corporate or ASX-listed environment (preferred)
- Current WA drivers' licence
