We are currently looking a **Contracts Manager **who has experience on Offshore Oil & Gas projects, ideally working with the Top Client/Owner. We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management, also someone who doesn't mind a challenge of working across complex Natural Resource projects. This role will be for a **12 month contract in South-East Asia.**

In a **Contract Manager role (12 month contract in South-East Asia)**, you will have knowledge in:

- Provide a leading role in a client procurement team responsible for procuring multi billion dollars of packages on a mega construction project.
- Strong contract knowledge from initial set up to managing variations and claims.
- Interact effectively with Senior Contract Engineers, Contract Engineers, and Contract Assistants in the team and other CP personnel on the project to implement a fully integrated CP strategy and plan for the project
- Contract formation, contract administration, contract negotiations and claims support.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Manage quotes, purchase orders, the tender process delivery and tender analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Commercial Management experience preferably gained within the construction environment or Natural Resources.
- ** Minimum 12-15 years of experience**:

- ** At least 5+ years of experience in large scale offshore topside oil & gas projects**:

- ** Past working experience direct with an owner is required**:

- Demonstrable track record in a lead contract management capacity
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
