A multidisciplinary network of allied health professionals and educators provide direct services and partner with community and government to provide services that consider and address all factors that can enable a richer life.

As the organisation has grown, so too has its reach, profile and range of exceptional services and programs. Focused incisively on business scale development, it leads towards a brighter future backed by evidence-based research and funded by commercial, profit for purpose initiatives.

Future challenges for this skilled and collegiate Board will be to balance strategic growth to increase capacity, scale and reach without compromising service values - and to stay unerringly mission
- focused in fast-moving and competitive markets.

**Two new Directors are required to help drive this dynamic, commercially-attuned Board.**

Guided by an assured, dynamic, and go-ahead Chair & CEO, who have built a culture of trust and synergy, you will be valued for your contribution as an expert in your own professional field of operations. This should be in either Human Resources or in Business as a driver of transformation, change and scale.

Current and previous Directorships may be beneficial although it’s not essential to bring experience on a Board. What you do need is proven commercial acumen, executive experience, and a growth mindset.

Among your most obvious attributes will be a pleasant, can-do demeanour, significant executive experience, an ability to draw on extensive business networks and a reputation as an innovative thinker, incisive decision maker and strongly contributory team member.

IT-advanced, verified across compliance, quality, risk, and marketing in addition to your HR or transformation specialty - you bring all the complementary leadership skills necessary to capitalise on available business opportunities.

This is a modern organisation where it’s intended the Board will clearly reflect its commitment to the empowerment of children and youth, as it has done for nearly 50 years.
