**About the Role**
Rubicon Water is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive Rubicon Water’s brand presence and marketing strategy across global markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining the Rubicon brand, overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and coordinating key promotional activities to engage our diverse audience worldwide.
Job Description
**Key responsibilities**
- **Brand Development & Management**: Ensure global consistency and local relevance of the Rubicon brand across all communication channels and entities. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, social media content, press releases, videos, etc.) tailored to global markets.
- **Digital Marketing & SEO**: Oversee Rubicon's corporate website and SEO campaigns to optimise online visibility and engagement. Manage the company’s digital footprint through social media and content creation, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
- **Event Management & Sponsorships**: Coordinate Rubicon’s participation in key trade shows, global sponsorships, and promotional activities. Track the effectiveness of these efforts and manage ROI to ensure strategic alignment with corporate goals.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Align with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and product management to ensure accurate, up-to-date messaging in multi-lingual marketing materials. Develop content processes that ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- **Content Creation & Localisation**: Coordinate the creation of customer case studies, video content, and other marketing collateral. Oversee the translation of marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance across different languages and regions.
- **CRM & SharePoint Integration**: Assist in the integration of CRM and SharePoint systems for streamlined content access and lead generation. Manage digital libraries and resources to support global teams.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor competitor activity and market trends in key regions, adjusting Rubicon’s strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- **Executive Reporting**: Develop presentations for the CEO and board of directors (AGM, half-year, and full-year results), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and clarity of messaging for key business performance updates and strategic goals.
Desired Skills and Experience
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, or a closely related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in global marketing roles
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional marketing projects, including event support, branding and content strategies, ideally in a B2B context
- Knowledge or background in the water industry, agriculture, or environmental sustainability sectors is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge in website management (WordPress or similar CMS), CRM tools (HubSpot, Dynamics), graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva), MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing best practices (SEO, SEM & social media strategy)
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategy
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language writing, editing, and copywriting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
