We offer a hybrid work environment with flexible working hours. To support the significant growth and development of the organisation, we are seeking the expertise and capability of a Marketing Coordinator in Melbourne to join our dynamic team.

**Purpose**

Helping construction set new standards for safety and efficiency is a big story to tell and you’ll play a lead role in our content, demand and brand marketing strategy to help us find the words to do it.

In partnership with the Global VP of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute marketing campaigns that to maintain market leadership, support growth in new sectors and improve customer loyalty. Content will be a key part of this role and you’ll collaborate with the global marketing team to help us grow our content marketing capabilities which will include researching, editing and crafting short and long-form content that supports brand awareness and generates pipeline. The best bit is that you’ll get the chance to collaborate across the business and with bright industry experts. As the regional marketer in the Australian and New Zealand market, you’ll will have a bias towards this local market working closely with sales to rally around our revenue goals. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop compelling demand gen content assets and thought leadership campaigns that tell the HammerTech story and provide helpful solutions to the industry relating to safety and site operations to acquire and nurture prospects as well as delight customers.
- Contribute to long-form content channels including blog, resource pages, SEO articles, supporting landing pages and optimize their performance to hit business goals
- Tell the story of HammerTech through our incredible customers with case studies, videos, and quotes
- Manage content for virtual and in person events for ANZ only
- Provide regional SEO insights to the VP Marketing to continually improve the ANZ web instance.
- Monitor, analyze and share inbound activity performance with VP Marketing and regional sales team on a regular basis to seek feedback and share recommendations to improve performance
- Negotiate adhoc events sponsorship, create speaker presentations, and prepare spokespeople and manage external relationships with vendors. Partner with in-house Creative Director on tradeshow booth design, SWAG, activation and logistics for ANZ only.
- Negotiate and execute on paid digital and print media placements across Australia and New Zealand
- Partner with local PR consultants to build key media relationships with local trade and national journalists that results in positive earned media coverage for the business.
- Proactively partner with our Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless brand experience for prospects and customers. Other duties as required, from time to time

**Job Competency Requirements**
- 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing or editorial experience for B2B (ideally SaaS)
- Experience translating technical topics (like construction and safety processes) into easy-to-understand concepts
- Pragmatic and a practical self-starter
- Excellent analytical (think campaign data) and project management skills
- Great copywriting and storytelling skills including experience writing for or designing campaigns for business audiences specifically managers and executives.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and strategies that drive organic traffic
