We are seeking a digitally savvy Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function with a focus on marketing technology, automation and data-driven campaigns. This role combines marketing oversight, execution and marketing operations, requiring someone who recognises where AI can enhance output and efficiency and gets excited about building and scaling customer acquisition channels.

You'll need to understand the full B2B sales journey, from implementing automated low-touch digital channels for suitable products and markets through to supporting complex, high-touch enterprise sales cycles. Key responsibilities

HubSpot administration and expertise

  • Serve as the organisation's HubSpot expert and administrator
  • Deliver HubSpot training to staff across the organisation
  • Create and maintain reports within HubSpot for the wider team including sales and C-suite leadership
  • Keep data current across HubSpot including pricing, customer records and contact information
  • Conduct regular data hygiene audits
  • Manage workflows, reporting, marketing hub and CRM functions

AI, automation and digital-first marketing

  • Own and continuously optimise our digital, low-touch customer acquisition channels
  • Implement and scale automated sales experiences for key products through marketing automation
  • Support high-touch enterprise sales cycles with targeted marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Leverage AI tools to improve team workload, campaign performance and output
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys, email sequences and digital touchpoints across different buyer segments
  • Lead organisation-wide technology projects including onboarding automation for new SaaS products, online shop implementation and system integrations with our CRM
  • Understand how different digital channels fit within the broader customer journey (e.g. social media, industry publications)
  • Maintain the organisation's six websites using WordPress including plugin updates, webpage design and content
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, implementing new tools and approaches
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using data to inform future plans and optimisation

Campaign execution and team leadership

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, approving all external content including marketing emails, social media posts and customer communications
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the full B2B spectrum, from automated digital campaigns through to sales-led webinars, account-based marketing targeting and product-specific initiatives
  • Manage event sponsorships and exhibition presence at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Work with external marketing partners to develop campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness
  • Manage customer user group campaigns and communications
  • Oversee key partner relationships including media and product integration partners
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across digital platforms
  • Manage marketing budgets and track spending
  • Oversee planning of internal social events and meetings

Key skills and experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated understanding of comprehensive B2B sales journeys including both low-touch digital acquisition and high-touch enterprise sales cycles
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in HubSpot including workflows, reporting, marketing hub and CRM management
  • Demonstrated passion for and practical experience with AI tools in marketing applications
  • Experience designing and scaling digital-first customer acquisition channels
  • Proficiency in WordPress and website management
  • Experience managing direct reports and external partners
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a digital-first mindset
