Do you love chatting with people and making connections?

We're seeking a part-time telesales representative to contact our existing customers and help them get the most out of our products and services. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to customers over the phone, building rapport to ensure customers are keeping using our services and upselling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to existing customers and provide excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to upsell our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Update customer information in our database and meet weekly and monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people over the phone
- Positive and upbeat personality with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
