KONE are looking for an **Account Manager **to Join our **Sydney **Service **team. Working in a customer orientated and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to sell service contracts. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth **within our Service team **.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be a part of the sales team by focusing on lead generation and customer engagement
- Building rapport with new and existing clients across a range of industries
- Engage with customers ahead of contract expiration to renegotiate terms, ensuring continued service and customer satisfaction
- Implement and promote digital tools and solutions to enhance service efficiency and customer experience
- Foster long-term partnerships by collaborating with internal teams to engage in lifecycle discussions
- Customer relationship creation and developmentTimely and accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)

**_What are we looking for? _**
- Previous experience in a service sales position desired
- A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Can easily build rapport with new and existing clients
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Hunter mentality, who loves to close deals
