The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following: - Provides high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice. Facilitates and monitor employee induction, onboarding and probation processes. Prepares regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Maintains HR registers to manage timely and accurate HR processing and query management. Contributes to the identification, data interrogation/analysis and monitoring of OIR's workforce reporting needs and assist in the development of tailored solutions to support OIR's workforce planning approach. Researches and analyses routine HR matters and make recommendations consistent with policy and legislation. Assists with the divisional implementation of whole-of-government and departmental HR management initiatives. Develops, fosters and maintains strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and external stakeholders. Contributes to excellent customer service including continual process improvement initiatives. - Collates, monitors and reports on the performance and status of program/project and administrative support activities. Coordinates and supports events and delivery of training, workshops, presentations, information sessions of a range of HR related topics. Manage and maintain electronic filing for HR.
