**Position Summary**

You will be joining SW in an internally facing position that supports the audit division with audit, risk quality and ethical standards. You will report to the Audit Technical Director and will be challenged to find constructive and pragmatic outcomes for business issues.

Working as part of a team you will play a role in:

- Reviewing, refining and improving our current audit methodology and associated internal policies and procedures relevant to the audit process
- Look to simplify, standardise and modernise (automate) audit processes and ensure it is implemented and adhered to
- Capability uplift, including determining requirements and undertaking training and coaching for team members
- Modernising and maintaining an induction/onboarding program for the audit division and cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing
- Internal support role for our audit division to respond to audit technical queries during the audit process
- Working on projects to develop and implement new technology and tools in the audit process
- Ongoing embedding of data analytics in our audit methodology and processes

**Skills and Experience**

If this sounds like your next opportunity, to set you up for success, you will bring the following skills, attributes and experiences to SW:

- 3 years auditing experience
- CA Qualified
- Solid understanding of the auditing and ethical standards and a passion for audit quality
- Open to learning new things, interested in current and developing technologies, and like to think constructively to solve problems
- Experience in presenting and report writing
- High levels of attention to detail with a focus on efficiency, compliance and process streamlining
- Communication skills - demonstrate a strong ability to read, analyse, and communicate written and verbal information
- Experience in training, Caseware and Inflo are highly regarded but not essential as we can develop your skills with these areas.
