We currently have an exciting opportunity in our North Sydney office for an enthusiastic and Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the team ensuring all day to day admin operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the department to provide quality customer services which are designed to fulfil client’s needs.
- Perform routine administrative tasks and support the general operations of the organisation by assisting staff and management.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of call and direct to correct staff or department.
- Effective processing of Closings, Endorsements, Claims Histories, and Certificates of Currency
- 2 + years in a similar role
- Experience in strata is highly regarded but not essential
- strong attention to detail

- excellent problem solving skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
