**FLEET MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**

**Full Time Limited Tenure Position**

**What is this role all about?**

Reporting to the Fleet and Maintenance Manager and to the Area Manager, you will be based in Perth. You will be accountable for all vehicles in maintenance status within WA, SA, and NT, ensuring minimum cost and turnaround time in line with location demands. Specific focus will be on;
- Effective control and efficiency of fleet maintenance processes
- Managing all fleet maintenance including vehicle sale preparation
- Relationship management and performance monitoring of external vendors
- Monitoring and auditing inventory according to audit schedule
- Continually seeking improved processes to deliver time and dollar savings

**What do we need from you?**

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience in maintenance, logistics, vehicle dealership or similar industry preferred.
- Confident decision-making skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
- Resilient, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills is essential, Cars+ and Oracle experience advantageous.
